QAYUM MUKADDAM, Head of MACR, Tech Observer

•   Dr. Qayum Mukaddam completed his MD in Pharmacology (Jan 1994) from the Grant Medical College & Sir JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, after his MBBS from T.N. Medical College & Nair Hospital, Mumbai.

•   Post his MD, he joined the pharmaceutical industry and in his long career of around 25 years, got an opportunity to be a part of Indian as well as MNC organisations. Medley, Croslands(now Sun Pharma), Unichem, Aventis (now Sanofi), UCB, Merck Biopharma (Serono), Abbott, UCB & Galderma.

•   Worked across the entire spectrum of Medical Services i.e., Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Compliance etc., growing from the position of a Medical Advisor to Medical Director.

•   Enjoyed interacting with internal stakeholders like Sales & Marketing and others, especially training the sales colleagues.

•   Developed excellent rapport with KOLs across Therapy Areas, across India.

•   Invited as a speaker/panelist at various Industry forums. Was member of the Medical Committees of OPPI & IDMA.

•   Currently with Tech Observer, a global CRO as Head- Medical Affairs Clinical Research since July 2018, providing scientific and strategic guidance to the team and the Organisation.
