Payment terms (Delegates/Attendees):
We require the full amount to be paid before the conference. We may refuse entry if the payment is not paid in full before the event.
Payment terms (Sponsors/Exhibitors):
100% of the sums owed to be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice (no later than week before the event in case invoice sent with less than 30 days duration).
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to a Sponsor/Exhibitor who has not settled their invoice in full prior to the event. Valid credit card details will be provided by the Sponsor/Exhibitor on receipt of invoice and kept as guarantee until the Organizer receives payment. If payment is not received within 5 days after the event, the Organizer reserves to debit the full amount of the invoice from the credit card provided.
If sponsorship package includes pre-event activity such as brochure/web promotion etc., the Organiser is entitled to an advance payment of up to 50% of total package at date of invoice.
Cancellations:
Delegates/sponsors/exhibitors/vendors are subject to the following charges and refunds upon withdrawal or cancellation. Between 2-3 month’s prior 75% cancellation fee/ 25% refund. Less than 2 months prior to the event Full cancellation fee / No refund.
Covid:
We will move this conference to a Hybrid version if many conference attendees are unable to attend the conference due to Covid reasons and if the government impose a lock down during the conference dates, due to Covid situation, then we would make this conference as a complete virtual conference.
Covid Situation, Natural Calamity, National Security:
In the case where the government decide to go into a lockdown or restrictions on social and business gatherings during the dates of the conference, the event will be postponed to a new date. Registered clients can choose to join the conference on the new date or decide to take a credit note for their payment so that they can decide to participate for any of our future events within the timeframe of next one year.
Administration Fee:
If you cancel your participation (once confirmed) and haven’t paid the attendance fee you will still be liable to pay 50% of the attendance fee as we would have already paid to the hotel/venue for your participation (which is non-refundable).
Substitutions/Name Change:
If you are unable to attend the event you may nominate, in writing, another delegate to take your place at any time prior to the start of the event. This can be done at no extra cost.
Presentations:
If you cannot attend the conference, you can still purchase the presentations (Subject to availability) – Please email to bookings@virtueinsight.com
Pictures/Videos:
We do record videos and pictures for our website and promotional purposes. If you wish your pictures/videos should not be published, then please do inform us in advance; we would refrain to do that.
Indemnity:
Virtue Insight reserves the right to make alterations to the conference/executive briefing content, timing, speakers or venue without notice. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen events beyond the control of Virtue Insight. If such a situation arises, we will reschedule the event.
Fee:
The conference fee includes lunch, refreshments and conference papers provided on the day. This fee does not include travel or hotel accommodation.
Liability Waiver:
As a participant at any of our event, you would be fully responsible for any injury and/or other loss or damage associated in any way with the event and your participation in it.
The contract is prepared under English law.
No Endorsement:
We do not endorse any content to be presented at our events and conferences, conference speakers or companies embodied at the event.
Speakers / Presenters Policy:
To ensure the compatibility of PDF/ Power Point files, all our Speakers / Presenters should submit the presentations before the specified date. We provide presentations to the participants through secured login access upon getting consent from all presenters. Any information which presenters do not want to share can be removed before final submission. Any Special Request by the Speaker/ Presenter should be discussed and approved at least 2 months before the event. Speakers reserve the rights of not sharing their presentation post the conference (Conditions Apply).
Event Attendance:
We can only anticipate the number of participants attending the event, therefore we would not be responsible for any cancellations by attendees and decrease in event attendance due to any reason than the anticipated numbers given. Sometimes due to natural reasons, or due to sudden travel inhibitions, any speaker might cancel to come, for which we would not be responsible. We always try our best to fill up any gaps occur in the sessions which may lead to alterations in program. We update all changes on our website regularly, hereby it becomes responsibility of participants to visit our website for any such updates.
Covid – Safety Protocols:
Virtue Insight is committed to hosting a safe event, which will follow the Covid-19 guidelines with regards to any mandates around mask or vaccine requirements, as well as any capacity and social distancing requirements of public gatherings.

You agree to use the app responsibly and not to post, share, or send any content that:
Is offensive, threatening, abusive, or harassing.
Promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination.
Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or illegal activities.
Is spam, deceptive, or intended to scam others.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without notice.
- User Messaging
The app allows 1-on-1 messaging between attendees of events. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages. You must not use chat features to:
Harass, bully, or threaten others.
Send inappropriate, obscene, or illegal content.
Solicit or spam other users.
Users can report and block others. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action will be taken within 24 hours.
- Reporting and Moderation
We provide tools to:
Report inappropriate messages or users.
Block users to prevent further contact.
We take reports seriously and review all flagged content within 24 hours. If a user violates these terms, we reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban their account.
Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without notice.
